What is Performance and Wellness Care?
Performance and wellness care in our office is a combination of Chiropractic adjustments, Soft Tissue/Muscle Therapy, and specific corrective exercises to improve your performance in life, work, and/or sport.

The combination of Biomechanical Assessments, Chiropractic care, Manual Therapy, and Exercise can help improve performance in any sport, whether it is skiing, weight lifting, football, running, cycling, golf, swimming, lifting your groceries, or even playing with your kids.

How does Performance and Wellness Care Differ from Injury Care?
Injury Care deals with known, existing, identifiable injuries.

In contrast, Performance and Wellness Care is used to make activities of daily living easier (playing with kids, carrying groceries, going up and down stairs), increase the performance of an athlete (speed, endurance, strength), and prevent future injuries from happening!

When to Use Performance and Wellness Care?

Performance and Wellness Care is used after your clinician addresses all existing pain, dysfunction, or trauma. Based on your clinician's assessment, they will focus on the next most significant dysfunction that is affecting your life or performance.
